Teams at Aleph

Owner of renewals, expansions, and upsells for a portfolio of FP&A customers. Build and scale an expansion playbook, run pricing and negotiations, partner with CSMs on account strategy, track account health and flag at-risk customers, and develop product fluency to handle technical questions with finance teams and economic buyers.

The Engineering Manager will lead the Web & Add-ins team, driving product development and team optimization while ensuring project success and best practices.

You will drive the product's frontend look and feel, build UIs for complex data, ensure consistent designs, and enhance development velocity. This role requires strong React/TypeScript skills, a builder's mindset, and a focus on performance and design sensibility.
