Teams at Aleph

Lead product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and short-cycle trials for FP&A leaders. Translate Aleph’s AI and automation capabilities into finance business value, configure solutions, answer technical and finance questions, and guide stakeholders through evaluations. Engage CFOs and VPs, support sales execution, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise, spreadsheet fluency, comfort with AI, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Own renewals, expansions, upsells, pricing negotiations, and revenue outcomes across customer accounts. Build a repeatable expansion playbook, partner with Customer Success Managers on account strategy, engage CFOs and finance teams, track account health signals, and develop enough product fluency to discuss implementations and technical questions credibly. Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention strategies with leadership.

Own and scale client-facing data transformation pipelines for financial and operational data. Build reliable analytical models, data integrity tests, and integrations across diverse sources. Partner with Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot data issues, optimize critical pipelines, establish engineering standards, and improve developer experience. Use dbt, SQL, Python, BigQuery, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver performant, well-documented FP&A data products while mentoring teammates and contributing to hiring and onboarding.
