Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure SaaS applications in a collaborative Scrum team. Translate user stories into clean, documented solutions, solve complex business challenges, improve code quality and development practices, mentor teammates, and support production systems through occasional on-call rotations and release deployments. The role requires expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, Kubernetes, microservices, and high-volume transactional web applications.

Analyzes renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities; validates pricing, contracts, revenue models, margins, and commercial terms. Coordinates approvals across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Services, assesses risks and client commitments, prepares deal summaries and recommendations, and develops scalable playbooks, templates, and process improvements.

Coordinate HSA bulk transfer projects from initiation through completion, partnering with employer groups and prior custodians. Track milestones, ensure assets are posted and reconciled accurately, manage support tickets, meet service levels, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities. The role also supports strategic client and departmental initiatives while maintaining strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving.
