Leads employer benefit onboarding projects for HSA, FSA, and HRA programs, managing documentation, milestones, service transitions, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Oversees ticket queues, resolves issues within SLAs, identifies operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities, supports escalations and special projects, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain strong employer relationships and client satisfaction.

Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver software, drive cross-team initiatives, remove blockers, partner with Product Owners, leverage AI tools and metrics to improve predictability and delivery performance.

Design and build cloud-native microservices using C#/.NET or Node.js on Azure; own features end-to-end; apply TDD and automated testing; collaborate with product, design, QA and business teams; improve architecture, performance, observability, and DevOps practices.
