Perform treasury operations, reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts, resolve reconciliation issues, analyze trends, ensure compliance, generate metrics, improve processes, and support investment operations strategy. The role requires strong Excel skills and involves using SQL-based internal tools on complex projects. It is hybrid in Boston, Milwaukee, or Maitland.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts as a trusted executive advisor, developing account strategies that drive retention, renewals, revenue growth, product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Lead executive business reviews, identify risks and growth opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success, and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Build and own scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices and enterprise data-platform capabilities. Design Kafka event flows, SQL data models, ingestion pipelines, APIs, automated tests, and cloud-native deployments. Collaborate with product, business, data, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver customer value. Champion TDD, observability, reliability, performance, data governance, continuous improvement, and engineering mentorship.
