The Learning Experience Design Specialist designs engaging, research-based learning experiences for primary care practices, focusing on technology adoption and workflow support while collaborating across teams.

Lead refactoring and optimization of scalable data pipelines, design next-generation distributed storage and processing systems, build clean interfaces for diverse data consumers, mentor engineers, and establish engineering standards and processes.

Serve as strategic partner and account lead for primary care practices, using data analytics to improve financial and quality performance under value-based care. Manage relationships with clinicians and executives, provide training/coaching, develop project plans and executive reports, coordinate ACO operations, and advise leadership to drive shared savings and better patient outcomes. Requires regular on-site presence and travel to Shreveport.
