Build and operate shared AI platform infrastructure for secure, reliable foundation-model access. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems, model gateways, provider integrations, routing, usage controls, observability, governance, and self-service capabilities. Partner with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams; contribute to technical roadmaps, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and review code while ensuring production systems are resilient, secure, cost-effective, and maintainable.

Leads healthcare technology launch programs from planning through closeout, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Coordinates Product, Sales, Field, Implementation, Support, and partner practices to advance value-based care initiatives. Uses program tracking tools, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution, standardize processes, and reduce operational overhead. Provides coaching and strategic guidance while translating complex program information for diverse stakeholders.

Manages day-to-day CMMI ACO REACH and LEAD program operations, including Zendesk communications, Monday.com workflows, Medicare reporting, dashboards, newsletters, calendars, and beneficiary inquiries. Plans deadlines, maintains documentation, supports cross-functional initiatives, develops implementation and communication plans, and provides operational insights to stakeholders. Requires healthcare experience, data analytics skills, project management tool familiarity, and occasional travel.
