Leads post-contract payer partnerships, executive health plan relationships, governance forums, Medicare Advantage strategy, and value-based care performance. Oversees payer engagement, risk adjustment, quality initiatives, interoperability strategies, practice enrollment, and cross-functional alignment. Builds and manages a high-performing team while driving measurable outcomes across health plans, practices, and internal stakeholders.

Designs, develops, integrates, and maintains scalable Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom platforms. Builds Apex, LWC, Flow, and API-based solutions; troubleshoots data synchronization and system issues; supports CI/CD, testing, monitoring, code reviews, and release management. Collaborates with Data Engineering, Security, and Finance teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions within Salesforce platform limits.

Advise healthcare, product, engineering, and business teams on privacy, HIPAA, data protection, and emerging AI regulations. Own privacy workstreams, review privacy provisions in agreements, support policies and training, manage incidents and regulatory inquiries, monitor legal developments, and partner with compliance, security, and IT teams on risk-based solutions.
