Provides strategic and hands-on leadership for bioanalytical activities across nonclinical and clinical programs. Develops, optimizes, troubleshoots, qualifies, and validates ELISA and MSD ligand-binding assays for PK, PD, biomarkers, ADA, and neutralizing antibodies. Interprets data, authors scientific reports, oversees CRO transfers and validation, ensures regulatory alignment, mentors scientists, and advances laboratory automation, AI, and data-quality practices.

Provide front-line employee support for benefits and People Operations inquiries; maintain data integrity, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes; partner with IT, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, and Talent Acquisition; optimize HRIS integrations; and design automated workflows using AI, LLMs, and integration tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Leads clinical development strategy and Phase 1 execution for AL137, an investigational neurodegenerative disease therapy. Provides medical leadership for protocol design, dose escalation, safety monitoring, data interpretation, benefit-risk assessment, regulatory interactions, and clinical decision-making. Partners cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Translational Medicine, Safety, Biometrics, and Regulatory teams, while serving as the primary internal clinical expert. Applies AI and emerging technologies to improve drug-development efficiency.

Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and execute integrated development strategies from discovery through clinical stages. Drive decision-making, manage risks, create and track critical-path project plans, facilitate governance, and champion adoption of AI/LLM tools to accelerate drug development.
