Provides high-level administrative support to the board, including domestic and international travel planning, itinerary preparation, expense monitoring, scheduling, correspondence, research, document management, and confidential information handling. The role also supports budgets, reports, corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Provides technical account management for API customers before and after sales. Guides clients through integration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live; manages technical relationships, resolves support issues, documents best practices, and coordinates with Product and Engineering teams. Ensures integrations meet standards, deadlines, and customer business goals while communicating technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design and develop scalable backend systems for a B2B application using Java and Spring. Participate in architectural decisions involving performance, security, and scalability; apply agile practices; mentor developers; optimize relational database performance; and support cloud and DevOps initiatives, particularly on AWS.
