Lead and support production line operations including equipment setup/breakdown, sanitation, recording daily production data, running safety and team meetings, enforcing GMP and PPE, ensuring team safety, and performing other production duties as assigned.

Lead a remote outside sales team and manage distributor relationships to drive market share, retail execution, and revenue growth. Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets; coach reps; analyze market and sales data; collaborate cross-functionally; and ensure merchandising, promotions, and distributor execution across assigned territory.
