Provides administrative support to the Executive Manager and Safety team, including managing shared inboxes, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, maintaining WHS IT and payroll systems, liaising with stakeholders, processing invoices, and managing safety documentation.

Analyzes inventory data and financial transactions, resolves variances, performs month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliations, prepares reporting, and identifies process improvements. The role collaborates with stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, implement financial processes, and maintain accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Lead ALDI's tax compliance and reporting across income tax, GST/BAS and FBT. Manage filings, tax accounting, and data provision for audits and advisors. Drive tax technology, automation, process improvements and governance. Build stakeholder relationships, ensure legislative compliance, and support continuous improvement across the Tax team.
