Teams at Alder Property Management

Build Alder’s property management operating system, including property data models, workflows, AI systems, and reliable payment, accounting, and communication capabilities. Ship software to real users, learn from system shortcomings, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and collaborate closely with founders and property management staff. The role offers broad ownership and responsibility in an early-stage environment.
