Lead delivery of AI-enabled workflows for contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance. Define scoped projects, metrics (cycle time, error reduction, automation, adoption, safety), partner cross-functionally, and drive customer adoption and measurable safety and efficiency improvements.

Plan, conduct and lead independent third-party ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001); gather evidence, prepare impartial reports, host opening/closing meetings, build client relationships, travel regionally, and complete Lead Auditor training to achieve qualifications.
