Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats across infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, identities, and applications. Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability management, incident response, forensic investigations, and security configuration reviews. Administer Microsoft security platforms, develop detection logic and automation, support compliance and third-party risk reviews, coordinate disaster recovery testing, and advise stakeholders on security practices.

Manages inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers. The role gathers client business-process information, recommends suitable certification approaches, determines audit durations using internal systems and industry guidelines, manages the sales pipeline, and prepares proposals. Success requires telephone-based sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM confidence, sound decision-making, and attention to detail. Certification, TIC industry, B2B, and tender experience are desirable.

Leads the compliance framework and management system for an accredited certification body. Responsibilities include internal audits, accreditation readiness, corrective actions, competence governance, impartiality controls, investigations, regulatory change management, compliance reporting, risk escalation, and continuous improvement. The role advises senior stakeholders, manages compliance priorities and direct reports, supports UKAS engagement, and develops organizational compliance capability.
