Define scoped projects, metrics (cycle time, error reduction, automation, adoption, safety), partner cross-functionally, and drive customer adoption and measurable safety and efficiency improvements.

Drive new business for SafeContractor by generating and managing a sales pipeline across inbound and outbound channels. Conduct consultative discovery, manage full sales cycle, close deals, maintain CRM data, collaborate on onboarding, and identify cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the President, managing complex scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, correspondence, and cross-functional projects. Coordinate events, prepare briefing materials and talking points, track action items, and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders including the Board. Maintain confidential records, support facilities tasks, and manage administrative needs across global time zones.
