Use consultative selling and negotiation to understand customer needs, demonstrate solution value, and recommend tailored offerings. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and engagement while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, account development and management experience, CRM proficiency, and a demonstrated record of customer retention success.

Drive new enterprise business across UK markets by prospecting, building pipelines, managing full sales cycles, engaging senior decision-makers, delivering demos, negotiating contracts, and closing complex deals. Develop sector strategies, maintain CRM forecasts, build industry networks through events and outreach, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong client outcomes. Travel between Cardiff and London offices and to client sites is required.
