Teams at Alcuin School

Provide short-term nursing coverage for students (18 months–18 years): triage and first aid, administer medications and treatments, document care, communicate with families, maintain health office, support chronic care plans, and assist in drills under direction of the School Nurse.

Performs day-to-day accounting for the school including journal entries, accounts payable, student billing, receipts and deposits, payroll journal entries, reconciliations, sales tax and 1099 reporting, month- and year-end closings, audit support, maintaining GAAP-compliant ledgers, and financial reporting for development.
