The role is hybrid in Mexico City and supports USA accounting operations.

Leads global Finance and Procurement Operations analytics, reporting, process intelligence, automation, AI enablement, data governance, and performance management. Establishes KPI frameworks, dashboards, predictive insights, and governance processes while identifying operational improvements and quantifying business impact. Partners with finance, procurement, technology, audit, compliance, and security stakeholders to support transformation and decision-making. Manages demand prioritization, benefits realization, responsible AI adoption, and a global analytics team, including talent development and organizational leadership.

Manages supply chain planning, logistics, inventory levels, supplier coordination, and supply chain analytics. Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities, develops planning strategies, supports business performance, and ensures products are delivered efficiently. The role requires adherence to GxP regulations, SOPs, documentation, quality controls, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
