Partner with site leaders to deliver HR strategies in a manufacturing environment: manage leave administration, labor/union relations, HR systems, compliance, DEI, apprenticeship and training programs, analyze HR metrics, support employee relations, and champion safety and culture.

Provide plant-level occupational health and safety expertise: ensure regulatory compliance, develop and coordinate prevention programs, advise managers, conduct risk analyses and accident investigations, support deployment of standards and continuous improvement across production areas.

The role involves overseeing governance, strategy, and execution of major industrial projects, ensuring performance and risk management, and leading multi-site project teams.
