Lead operations for Alcoa's new Gallium project at Wagerup Refinery, establishing operational foundations and driving the transition from commissioning and ramp-up to operational maturity. Build and develop a high-performing team, deliver production, safety, quality and financial outcomes, and partner with engineering and maintenance to optimise reliability and performance. Occasional travel to Perth for project collaboration required.

Provide mechanical reliability engineering support at a smelter: lead root cause analyses, develop fitness-for-service repair scopes, create equipment management strategies, implement reliability improvements, support capital projects, and champion safety and continuous improvement.

HR generalist supporting operations in a unionized environment: manage labour relations and collective agreements, resolve grievances, advise managers, handle disability and absenteeism cases, liaise with medical centre and CNESST partner, administer policies, monitor HR metrics, manage assigned financial/material resources, and act as a change agent.
