Supports full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offers, background checks, and recruiting events. Also assists with onboarding, HRIS and personnel records, benefits administration, employee inquiries, employment changes, engagement initiatives, reporting, and compliance. The role is primarily focused on talent acquisition while providing broad HR administrative support.
