Provides senior operational support for globally distributed systems, devices, networks, cloud services, end-user computing, and security infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex incidents, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, configuring networks and firewalls, administering endpoint management tools, maintaining ITIL processes and SLAs, supporting projects and site setups, documenting architectures, and collaborating with Infosec and Engineering teams. The role also promotes security awareness, self-service, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement, with occasional international travel.

Supports the ISO 27001 ISMS and SOC 2 readiness by implementing AWS and endpoint security controls, managing vulnerability scanning and remediation, monitoring security findings, supporting incident response, preparing audit evidence, and producing compliance reports. The role partners with DevOps, cloud, and IT teams, maintains risk and control documentation, contributes to security tooling and SOC development, and helps implement security protocols for SaaS products.

The FP&A Analyst will support executive reporting, month-end close analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing Board and leadership presentations, analyzing variances and scenarios, maintaining financial models and databases, collaborating with business finance teams, and implementing reporting and process improvements. The role requires strong Excel, financial modeling, communication, and analytical skills.
