Design and produce BMS documentation (points lists, network architecture, control schematics, handover packs) for projects from £30k to multi-million schemes. Review drawings, liaise with OEMs/consultants, ensure compliance, support commissioning (remote and occasional site), and contribute to design standards and continuous improvement.

Perform installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC and building automation control systems. Execute system-level checkouts, device verification, programming, software updates, customer training, and required project documentation while interfacing with customers, sales, and project teams.

The BMS Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of Building Management System projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and energy goals. Responsibilities include technical oversight, stakeholder management, team coordination, budget management, and quality compliance.
