Provides administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, screenings, employee changes, departures, compliance, and engagement. Coordinates with HR, hiring managers, IT, and Payroll while maintaining data across AX, D365, and UKG. Supports construction and field employee groups, coaches managers on HR practices, promotes employee engagement, and contributes to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Executes industrial controls projects involving PLC logic, HMI/SCADA programming, electrical control design, systems integration, commissioning, site investigations, and factory acceptance testing. The role collaborates with engineering, provides technical oversight to integration teams, prepares proposals and technical documentation, presents to customers, and supports construction and field employees. Occasional national and international travel to remote locations is required.

Service and small works BMS Engineer responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, commissioning, upgrading, and integrating building management systems. The role includes fault finding across controllers, networks, field devices, and software; implementing Modbus and BACnet integrations; preparing quotations; and delivering improvement projects. The engineer will provide technical client support across the Midlands, maintain documentation, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
