Manages enterprise local SEO, business listings, hyperlocal pages, AI search readiness, and AEO strategies. Analyzes performance using analytics and SEO platforms, monitors rankings and local search visibility, performs content and listing QA, identifies data discrepancies and technical issues, and provides actionable recommendations to marketing, merchandising, pharmacy, e-commerce, and business-unit stakeholders.

Measures and improves product flow through distribution center operations, develops labor standards, conducts time studies and audits, tracks warehouse and transportation KPIs, facilitates Lean events, analyzes cost-reduction opportunities, and trains operations and management staff. The role partners with distribution leadership and supply chain teams to improve productivity, accuracy, labor efficiency, and operational methods.
