The HR Coordinator will manage recruitment processes, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintain HR records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

Monitor real-time agent adherence and queue performance, manage intraday staffing adjustments, produce daily workforce reports, analyze staffing trends, and collaborate with operations and technical teams to maintain contact center service levels.

Design, develop, configure, and support contact center applications and integrations across Genesys Cloud CX and Five9. Build IVR call flows, routing strategies, chat/voice bots, and automation workflows. Implement API/web service integrations, configure queues and agent profiles, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate vendor support, produce technical documentation, and assist with go-lives, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement while collaborating with IT, operations, and client stakeholders.
