Defines enterprise-wide cloud and security architecture vision, standards, reference architectures, target states, and governance practices. Guides major initiatives across hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, identity, networking, resilience, observability, privacy, and compliance. Advises executives on architectural trade-offs, risks, modernization priorities, and investment decisions while collaborating with portfolio architects, cybersecurity, legal, risk, infrastructure, and operations leaders. The role provides strategic direction without owning cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, cyber operations, or delivery execution.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise identity and access management solutions, including design, development, implementation, operational support, troubleshooting, and modernization. Leads authentication, authorization, RBAC, identity governance, security, compliance, incident response, and root-cause analysis activities. Collaborates with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and project resources while mentoring team members. Requires extensive Java or PL/SQL experience, Oracle identity technology expertise, and 5–10 years of progressive IT experience.

Leads the identity and access management program, overseeing access governance, role design, access reviews, segregation-of-duties controls, privileged access, and audit evidence. Owns the roadmap, selection, and implementation of an IGA platform while automating joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Partners with business, IT, cybersecurity, HR, audit, and vendors, reports access risks to executives, and leads, coaches, and develops the IAM team.
