Lead a global support and managed services team for an AI-powered materials science SaaS: own SLAs, triage escalations, drive incident resolution with Engineering, build reporting, coach and hire staff, and personally handle select high-priority technical tickets.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations between Albert OS and partner systems (ERP, PLM, LIMS, ELN, lab automation). Architect webhook/event-driven pipelines, build SDKs and integration frameworks, ensure multi-tenant security, mentor integration engineers, and work with partner teams to implement scalable, secure integrations compliant with enterprise standards.

Provide in-house legal counsel across commercial contracts, data privacy and AI compliance, IP and licensing, employment matters, corporate governance, M&A support, and legal ops for a global AI-native SaaS company.
