Oversee inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing environment, including shipping, receiving, transportation, inventory, material movement, carrier management, documentation, compliance, and logistics KPIs. Lead logistics personnel, coordinate shipments, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, maintain safe and efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires onsite work, schedule flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supplier management, inventory control, shipping, receiving, logistics, demand forecasting, and material planning. Negotiates supplier agreements, monitors performance, mitigates supply risks, ensures FAR/DFARS compliance, supports audits and proposals, and partners with engineering, quality, operations, and program management. The role also drives process improvements, tracks KPIs, and mentors junior supply chain staff.

Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinating orders, production schedules, deliveries, shipments, changes, and issue resolution. Works cross-functionally with operations, production, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet customer commitments. Communicates status, risks, delays, and solutions; maintains accurate records and reports; participates in customer and production reviews; and supports delivery improvements and new business activities in a manufacturing environment.
