Manages the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including government contract billing, invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, collections, aging analysis, and cash-flow reporting. Resolves billing discrepancies, monitors credit risk, supports financial close and audits, prepares journal entries and reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, contracts, and FAR requirements. Collaborates with internal teams and customers to improve collections and billing processes.

Performs complex CNC machining setups and precision operations on multi-axis mills and lathes. Selects tooling, develops work-holding and fixture solutions, edits machine programs and offsets, troubleshoots mechanical and programming issues, interprets blueprints and GD&T, conducts advanced metrology and first-piece inspections, and mentors junior machinists.

Serves as Chief Engineer and technical authority for advanced aerospace and defense sensor systems. Leads architecture, requirements, multidisciplinary design, prototyping, testing, qualification, integration, troubleshooting, and production transition across EO/IR, laser, LiDAR, RF, electronics, FPGA, embedded processing, and packaging. Owns technical risks, performance budgets, verification strategies, supplier oversight, production acceptance criteria, and technical reviews while mentoring engineers and communicating with customers, program leadership, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
