Leads SOX 404 compliance and IT General Controls audits, including risk assessments, control testing, audit reporting, remediation tracking, and executive communication. Oversees access management, change management, IT operations, application controls, automated controls, SAP security, and business process controls. Partners with IT, business stakeholders, internal auditors, external auditors, and executive leadership to strengthen governance, mitigate risks, and resolve control deficiencies.

Finance interns support FP&A, controllership, treasury, and tax projects through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, data visualization, and process improvement. They analyze financial information, maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards, support accounting and cash management activities, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate findings. The internship requires full-time availability for 12 weeks and is intended for rising sophomores and juniors pursuing finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related degree.

Develops and maintains digital platforms, analytical models, dashboards, and workflows supporting FCC technical services, commercial activities, catalyst optimization, customer monitoring, and performance tracking. Collaborates with IT, data engineering, R&D, technical, and commercial teams to integrate FCC expertise with scalable digital systems. Provides data-backed customer assessments, standardizes global processes, and trains teams on digital tools and analytical methods.
