Build and own the company IT function: manage employee devices, identity and access (SSO/MFA), SaaS administration, secure networking, MDM and endpoint security, vendor selection, and compliance readiness for defense standards (CMMC, NIST 800-171). Partner with teams to automate IT workflows and scale systems.

Lead the design, prototyping, testing, integration, and production of electrical systems for autonomous underwater vehicles. Responsibilities include power systems, embedded electronics, sensors, communications, PCB design, battery systems, verification, FMEA, supplier management, troubleshooting, field validation, and mentoring junior engineers. The role is primarily onsite in Philadelphia, includes laboratory and marine field work, and requires occasional travel for vendor visits and testing.

Supports executive decision-making and company growth through business analysis, proposals, financial modeling, budgeting, resource forecasting, cross-functional project leadership, and operational process improvement. The role partners across engineering, finance, people, supply chain, and business development, with responsibilities spanning customer and government proposals, vendor management, purchasing workflows, and implementation of new business systems.
