Teams at AlayaCare

Provide SaaS application support for the Community Home Care product: triage and resolve customer issues via Zendesk, phone and Zoom; advise on configuration and best practices; escalate to Product/Engineering; produce help content; participate in support rotations and use AI tools to improve troubleshooting and proactive support.

Develop and ship features as part of the Revenue Cycle Management team: design, code, test, and debug software (~70% coding). Participate in code reviews, monitor production, join on-call rotation, collaborate with Product, contribute to roadmap and technical initiatives, and implement end-to-end automated tests to ensure quality.

Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare Cloud implementations for US customers: manage project plans, risks, scope, training, testing, and adoption. Guide configuration, deliver training (on-site and remote), facilitate AlayaCare University enablement, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and support cross-functional handoffs and team upskilling. Travel as required for on-site work.
