Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agent-based automation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Own backlog, integrate and optimize revenue tech (HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero), measure impact with dashboards, document playbooks, and apply AI governance and monitoring to ensure reliable, ethical production systems that drive deal velocity and revenue outcomes.

Provide SaaS application support for the Community Home Care product: triage and resolve customer issues via Zendesk, phone and Zoom; advise on configuration and best practices; escalate to Product/Engineering; produce help content; participate in support rotations and use AI tools to improve troubleshooting and proactive support.

Develop and ship features as part of the Revenue Cycle Management team: design, code, test, and debug software (~70% coding). Participate in code reviews, monitor production, join on-call rotation, collaborate with Product, contribute to roadmap and technical initiatives, and implement end-to-end automated tests to ensure quality.
