Process fortnightly Australian payroll end to end across two entities using ADP, including starters, terminations, leave, overtime, deductions, compliance, reconciliations, journals, and discrepancy resolution. Support month-end and audits, respond to employee payroll queries, collaborate with Finance and People & Culture, and gradually gain exposure to global payroll, process improvements, and system implementations.

Own the evolution of HubSpot and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem. The role designs scalable system architecture, redesigns revenue processes, translates business requirements into workflows, establishes governance, advises cross-functional leaders, evaluates AI-enabled tools, and supports adoption of process improvements. It requires 4–6 years of revenue or sales operations experience, hands-on CRM expertise, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and practical AI experience.
