Lead product marketing strategy and execution for the US Home Care business. Own the tri-annual release process, develop positioning and competitive differentiation, build buyer personas and journeys, and create internal enablement materials. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Education, and Marketing to drive feature adoption, retention, launch effectiveness, and commercial impact. Conduct market research, support thought leadership, refine pricing and packaging, and responsibly apply AI tools.

Designs scalable SaaS solutions based on customer requirements, leads discovery workshops with technical stakeholders, creates architecture documentation, and collaborates with sales, customer success, engineering, and project teams. The role supports implementation handoffs, develops external endpoints, influences platform extensibility, and ensures solutions align with security, regulatory, and healthcare interoperability standards.
