Own Alation’s technical product marketing story across its core platform and AI Agent capabilities. Build self-service technical demos, competitive intelligence, reference architectures, tutorials, whitepapers, webinars, battle cards, and enablement materials. Partner with forward-deployed engineers, product marketing, analyst relations, sales, and solutions engineering to translate technical customer insights into defensible positioning and content for both technical and executive audiences.

Supports the CEO and COO by managing calendars, travel, meeting briefs, relationship cadence, executive expenses, purchase orders, vendors, invoices, events, and offsites. The role also builds AI-enabled workflows for expense categorization, meeting preparation, reminders, inbox triage, and travel research. It requires strong judgment, adaptability, writing skills, responsiveness, and comfort operating in a fast-changing executive environment.

Lead enterprise Alation deployments for regulated industries, advising stakeholders on data and AI governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, compliance, and business value. Diagnose governance gaps, conduct discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, implementations, and adoption programs. Define KPIs, present outcomes to executives, and partner with account teams on expansion opportunities. The role requires significant consulting and data management experience, industry expertise, and 25–40% customer travel.
