Leads underwriting systems and product ownership for commercial insurance lines within Guidewire PolicyCenter. Prioritizes backlogs, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinates releases, supports development and QA, conducts user acceptance testing, resolves production issues, develops training materials, and guides analysts. Partners with underwriting, IT, actuarial, operations, billing, claims, and other stakeholders to improve workflows, compliance, system functionality, and user experience.

Provides independent clerical and administrative support to workers’ compensation claims adjusters, including issuing notices, processing payments and benefits, maintaining claim records, monitoring diaries, contacting medical providers, and supporting audits. The role addresses customer needs, participates in projects and meetings, and helps train and oversee less experienced claim assistants and workloads.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of technology-enabled commercial policy management capabilities. Lead an agile squad, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, and coordinate business, technology, data, operations, UX, and engineering stakeholders. Ensure compliant, scalable, customer-focused solutions across policy administration, underwriting, servicing, renewals, endorsements, billing support, and related lifecycle processes. Drive governance, auditability, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement while balancing features, technical debt, regulatory mandates, and operational stability.
