Advise growers, contractors, and hydroseeding operations on crop management, seed blends, erosion control, and product applications. Develop and implement plans to grow agronomy business, coordinate with applicators, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain technical expertise, collaborate with team members, and provide reliable customer service. Perform related duties as assigned.

Sell products across an assigned Alaska territory through cold calls and in-person visits. Build and maintain customer relationships, prepare quotes and contracts, deliver sales presentations, track market trends, produce weekly reports and forecasts, meet revenue and margin targets, and travel frequently (including overnight trips). Perform other duties as assigned.

Manage HR operations for Anchorage location: respond to employee inquiries, recruit and onboard staff, support payroll/HRIS/timekeeping, advise management on performance and compliance, administer leaves and workers' comp, maintain policies and training, and support events and safety functions.
