Manages clinic fiscal operations, including budgeting, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, billing, claims, financial reporting, and insurance relationships. Coordinates clinician credentialing, monitors financial records for regulatory compliance, supports billing-related client issues, and develops risk management and business continuity procedures. Collaborates with clinic leadership and network teams on financial data analysis, reporting, and operational improvements.

Coordinates hydroponic greenhouse and outdoor growing operations, including planting, crop planning, harvesting, maintenance, packaging, and activity-space preparation. Provides daily direction, training, and support to associates and apprentices; maintains safe, organized growing environments; and supports horticultural activities, tours, field trips, volunteers, and therapeutic programming. Collaborates with program and service coordinators to ensure staffing, materials, space readiness, and smooth daily operations.

Provides clerical, administrative, data-entry, and reporting support to clinical teams and managers. Maintains clinical records, completes recurring data requirements, assists with grant reporting, manages electronic medical record workflows, supports office operations, and fills in for reception. The role requires coordination with clinical professionals, attention to detail, customer service, and occasional community outreach representation.
