The role also manages imported and project procurement packages using CIF pricing terms.

Supports and executes digital marketing strategy for a real estate development project, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, website content, newsletters, PR, lead generation, and campaign analytics. Develops social media plans, measures ROI and KPIs, optimizes campaigns and website conversions, researches market and competitor trends, manages marketing databases, supports supplier procurement, and collaborates with sales to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Administers customer billing for electricity, water, sewerage, gas, and internet services. Responsibilities include meter data processing, account setup, billing adjustments, payment monitoring, reconciliations, overdue follow-up, gas nominations and shipping coordination, complaint handling, service activation, and billing performance reporting. The role requires strong numerical, analytical, customer service, and utility billing skills, along with experience using ERP software and advanced Excel.
