Lead marketing and communications strategy across West Africa, managing teams, campaigns, events, PR, digital media, social channels, stakeholder relationships, and vendors. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, employer branding, and CSR initiatives while tracking budgets, ROI, campaign performance, and market trends. Oversee reporting, media relations, crisis communications, CRM adoption, and collaboration with leadership, sales teams, agents, brokers, and external consultants.

Lead urban design for a large new-city masterplan: develop and manage city/precinct/neighbourhood plans, urban design frameworks, street and built-form guidelines, place strategies, coordinate in-house and outsourced design teams, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver public realm projects.

Ensure city-wide environmental management, compliance, and governance by monitoring pollution, overseeing waste systems, conducting inspections, enforcing standards, coordinating with contractors, and preparing compliance reports to uphold city development guidelines and operational integrity.
