Drive dealer acquisition, onboarding, and account growth across international markets. Provide pre/post-sales support, training, go-to-market planning, and key account management. Build industry partnerships, attend trade events, coordinate with internal teams, and meet heavy travel demands to expand Alarm.com partner network.

Lead and scale embedded video software teams, define strategy and architecture for camera and video devices, manage cross-functional partnerships and third-party integrations, drive technical excellence and standardization, oversee budgeting/resource allocation, and recruit and develop senior engineering talent to deliver secure, scalable video products.

Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform, drive AI-driven developer tooling adoption, improve developer experience (CI/CD, observability, IaC, testing), prioritize platform APIs/SDKs, support scalability and reliability, and partner with engineering to make technical tradeoffs and measure platform impact.
