Provides phone, email, and remote technical support for video security products, including DVRs, cameras, switches, routers, and related software. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, user-process, and mechanical issues; resolves customer problems accurately and promptly; creates knowledge-base content; and delivers professional customer service. The role is based onsite at the Liberty Lake, Washington headquarters.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET backend services and customer-facing web interfaces for intelligent video products. Own features from design through production support, participate in code reviews, write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions. The role involves SQL databases, modern frontend frameworks, AI-assisted development, and potentially microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, and IoT technologies.

Administer total rewards programs with primary responsibility for leave and workplace accommodation management, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans. Manage employee inquiries, enrollments, qualifying life events, COBRA notifications, open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance, and benefits communications. Support compensation initiatives including merit, bonus, and equity programs. Analyze data, resolve issues, maintain documentation, and provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners.
