Develop full-stack backend services, websites, and databases for a smart-home security platform. Collaborate with device engineers and cross-functional teams, participate in full project lifecycle, mentor peers, evaluate new technologies, and deliver high-availability integrations and APIs.

Lead cross-cutting platform initiatives across device and partner-facing domains: define architecture, build reusable platform patterns and APIs, drive delivery of device lifecycle, event pipelines and transport infrastructure, mentor engineers, influence cross-team alignment, and ensure production readiness and observability. Acts as a technical multiplier shaping long-term platform direction.

Develop and grow channel partner relationships while supporting regional sales managers. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to emails, handling inbound customer requests, generating meetings and product demonstrations, explaining product features through video conferencing, maintaining product knowledge, achieving territory quotas, and supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
