Owns energy management and home automation products from research and specification through launch and ongoing support. The role coordinates engineering, sales, support, data science, supply chain, partners, and other stakeholders; drives adoption, revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction; conducts market research; develops go-to-market strategies; and champions product enhancements. Responsibilities require deep technical understanding of firmware, cloud data, user interfaces, automation systems, and related consumer technologies.

Build full‑stack features for Alarm.com's Home Automation Experience across web, mobile, and backend services. Partner with product and QA, own technical designs and implementations, work across frontend/backend/data/infrastructure, write maintainable tested code, and decompose ambiguous problems into shippable increments.

Lead and mentor software engineers while developing full-stack applications across IoT, smart home, video analytics, and data-processing platforms. Own projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment. Apply object-oriented programming, database design, networking knowledge, and hardware integration to build consumer products. Collaborate across teams, evaluate new technologies, and balance evolving business needs with robust solutions.
