Perform daily accounting tasks including reconciling credit card statements, posting customer payments, making bank deposits, assisting with vendor invoice entry and customer invoicing, following up on past-due accounts, answering phones, and other administrative duties.

The Account Executive will identify and develop new customer opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and maintain existing client connections in a B2B environment.

The Office Administrative Assistant will support daily operations through data entry, invoicing, and general office tasks, while collaborating with various departments.
