Lead end-to-end delivery of a major industrial manufacturing project from design and construction through commissioning, start-up, ramp-up, and operational handover. Manage CAPEX, schedule, quality, HSE, engineering, contractors, EPC/EPCM partners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary workstreams. Ensure regulatory and food safety compliance, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, risk and change control, documentation, and project close-out. The role is site-based in Nigeria or Senegal and requires extensive industrial capital project leadership experience.

Manage furniture, woodwork, architectural, and interior design projects from concept through production, installation, and delivery. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating designers, artisans, contractors, suppliers, and clients, monitoring progress and quality, conducting site inspections, managing risks and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and approved specifications.

Manages warehouse inventory by receiving, inspecting, storing, documenting, and issuing goods. Maintains accurate stock records, conducts reconciliations and physical counts, monitors stock levels, and reports discrepancies, damage, expiration, or shortages. Ensures products are properly labeled and organized for efficient retrieval while issuing goods only against authorized requisitions.
