Leads supply chain activities for a manufacturing division, including production planning, purchasing, inventory management, supplier relations, logistics, shipping, receiving, and material handling. Manages Purchasing and Logistics personnel, negotiates supplier agreements, drives cost reduction and continuous improvement, monitors supply chain KPIs, supports product launches and production ramp-ups, and ensures ERP/MRP data integrity, compliance, and material availability.

Manages territory sales growth for snow and ice equipment across assigned markets and product lines. Develops dealer networks, acquires new distributors, services existing accounts, conducts training and product demonstrations, negotiates and closes deals, prepares forecasts, and maintains customer and sales documentation. Builds relationships with dealers, governmental agencies, influencers, and strategic partners while researching customer needs, monitoring competitors, and supporting product development. Requires significant customer travel and frequent overnight travel.

Lead design, develop, test, deploy, and support JD Edwards enhancements, reports, interfaces, and integrations. Translate business requirements into solution designs, support ERP processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, CRM and e-commerce, create technical documentation, participate in architecture governance, and lead delivery and production support activities to improve ERP performance and integrations.
