Leads and scales the account management function for enterprise health plan customers. Manages Account Managers, owns team revenue and retention targets, develops account processes and playbooks, and oversees strategic accounts. Builds executive relationships, leads QBRs, manages escalations, identifies expansion opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.

Build and operate MLOps infrastructure for production AI agents, including evaluation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, model access across cloud providers, experiment tracking, observability, versioned deployments, and cost optimization. Develop and fine-tune LLMs and machine learning models, monitor production quality and drift, and collaborate with AI engineers and clinical experts to deliver reliable healthcare claims automation.

Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, security, infrastructure, and technical product roles. Manage 4–6 requisitions, source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, close offers, maintain ATS records, and report on pipeline progress.
