Teams at Alabama ONE Credit Union

Provides credit union members with account services, consumer lending guidance, loan reviews, credit decisions, and product recommendations. Develops member relationships, supports retention and cross-selling, resolves issues, maintains records, manages operational and risk-control tasks, and assists teller teams. Requires financial services experience, customer communication skills, product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software.

Directs daily operations of a full-service credit union branch, leads and coaches staff, manages member service, lending decisions, cash controls, compliance, and security. Develops member relationships, cross-sells financial products, builds small-business opportunities, resolves dissatisfaction, and represents the credit union in community activities. Requires staff management, performance leadership, consumer lending knowledge, financial services experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software.

Supports the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program by reviewing BSA reports, investigating monitoring-system cases and suspicious activity, assessing high-risk account documentation, building cases for Suspicious Activity Report decisions, analyzing complex situations, providing guidance, and escalating issues appropriately.
