Responsibilities include prompt management, model orchestration, backend API development, evaluation frameworks, RAG, embeddings, safeguards for sensitive data, production monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams to deliver practical AI solutions.

Drive new business acquisition among UAE SMEs and mid-market companies. Responsibilities include prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking; managing the full sales cycle from discovery through closing; building pipeline from scratch; engaging founders and finance teams; meeting revenue targets; and collaborating with product and leadership to improve go-to-market strategy.
