As Operations Manager, you will oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth process and compliance with regulatory requirements, while collaborating with sales and support teams.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of post-activation accounts to drive adoption, unlock spend, and graduate customers. Design and deploy automated lifecycle programs, self-serve resources, and intervention triggers. Monitor health signals to prevent churn and prioritize hands-on engagement. Analyze usage data and provide structured product feedback to improve adoption and inform product decisions.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts post-implementation to drive deep product adoption, expansion, retention, and renewals. Build trusted relationships with finance and operations, run business reviews, quantify value, cross-sell products, and identify accounts ready to graduate to Enterprise. Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap.
