The role involves drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, maintaining legal workflows and templates, and supporting Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Own a high-volume portfolio of activated accounts, driving adoption, spend growth, cross-sell opportunities, renewals, and graduation. Use automation, lifecycle campaigns, health signals, and usage data to identify risks and opportunities, deploy targeted interventions, prevent churn, and provide product feedback. The role requires commercial judgment, strong data literacy, and experience managing customer success or account portfolios at scale.

Build and deploy production-grade AI applications for financial data extraction, expense automation, intelligent assistants, and customer-facing financial workflows. Responsibilities include prompt management, model orchestration, backend API development, evaluation frameworks, RAG, embeddings, safeguards for sensitive data, production monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
