Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues; assists with installations, configurations, and upgrades; documents support interactions; escalates complex problems; develops knowledge-base content; and follows up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.

Manage financial records, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial statements, budgeting support, internal controls, tax returns, audits, and management reporting. The role requires accurate accounting work, compliance with accounting principles, financial analysis, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Manages B2B technology accounts, builds client relationships, identifies cloud sales opportunities, and oversees the full sales cycle. Translates customer requirements into cloud solutions while coordinating with architecture, presales, delivery, and technical teams. Prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, maintains sales pipelines and CRM records, forecasts revenue, supports implementation, resolves customer issues, and achieves sales and retention targets.
