Manage B2B technology accounts, build client relationships, identify cloud sales opportunities, and oversee the full sales cycle. Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, maintain sales pipelines and forecasts, coordinate with technical and delivery teams, resolve customer issues, and achieve revenue and retention targets. The role requires understanding cloud solutions and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Leads the technical design, development, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and support of ServiceNow solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable architectures, develops platform applications, conducts code reviews, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures best practices. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, supports customer workshops and presales activities, prepares solution documentation and estimates, and manages technical risks across enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Administer and monitor SAP environments, including system health, performance, availability, installations, upgrades, patches, users, authorizations, transports, databases, backups, interfaces, and background jobs. Troubleshoot SAP incidents, coordinate with technical and functional teams, maintain documentation, and support compliance with operational standards.
