Manages risk-based internal audits across corporate functions, project companies, and joint ventures. Audits project development, contracts, capital expenditures, SPV and JV governance, and compliance with financing and operational agreements. Supports the Enterprise Risk Management framework through risk assessments, mitigation planning, risk-register maintenance, emerging-risk analysis, and stakeholder communication. Prepares reports for senior management and the Board Audit Committee, monitors remediation, reviews policies, and delivers advisory engagements.

Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, project finance covenants, lender reporting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial systems. The role oversees project financial performance, liquidity, debt obligations, and compliance while supporting management decision-making. It also supervises, coaches, and develops accounting staff and contributes to organization-wide financial transformation initiatives.

The QA/QC Manager oversees quality procedures during the CCGT project, ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating with contractors.
