Manage daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, general ledger, inventory and cost accounting, and project cost tracking. Prepare journal entries, financial reports and analyses, and work with ERP/accounting software (Odoo preferred). Support manufacturing or contracting financial processes and reporting.

Lead procurement and supply chain operations for a medical group, overseeing purchasing, suppliers, inventory, warehousing, distribution, contract negotiations, budgeting, KPI analysis, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance to ensure supply availability and cost optimization.

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (digital and traditional), manage paid advertising (Google/Meta), create and supervise marketing content, support sales with materials, coordinate with suppliers and agencies, manage brand identity and events, and produce marketing performance reports.
