The Actuarial Success Manager will support clients in utilizing Akur8's platform for insurance pricing and reserving, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing client experiences and engagement.

Provide day-to-day employee technical support, manage user accounts and permissions, deploy and maintain macOS/Windows laptops and mobile devices, run onboarding/offboarding, maintain inventories, support unified communications and meeting room tech, and collaborate with Security to enforce IT policies and improve processes.
