The Senior FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and support decision-making while fostering cross-department collaboration.

Provide day-to-day employee technical support, manage user accounts and permissions, deploy and maintain macOS/Windows laptops and mobile devices, run onboarding/offboarding, maintain inventories, support unified communications and meeting room tech, and collaborate with Security to enforce IT policies and improve processes.

Lead multi-country payroll and HR administration for 8+ entities, manage two payroll officers, ensure compliance, oversee onboarding/offboarding, partner with Finance, improve HRIS and processes, and drive AI-enabled automation.
