Support and improve Akur8’s business systems, primarily Salesforce, along with Gong, HubSpot, and other internal tools. Analyze team processes, identify gaps, translate business needs into functional requirements, configure and implement solutions, document changes, train users, investigate issues, and drive adoption. The role partners with sales and marketing teams and gradually assumes ownership of key applications and processes.

Owns the process from contract signature through payment collection across entities and currencies. Responsibilities include validating contracts, maintaining Salesforce and Maxio records, issuing invoices and credit notes, uploading invoices to customer portals, following up on overdue payments, monitoring accounts receivable metrics, supporting integration testing, resolving data discrepancies, and improving automation and reporting for Finance and FP&A.

Build Akur8’s North American sales pipeline by researching target accounts, conducting personalized outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, maintaining CRM records, and sharing prospect feedback. The role partners with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Directors while learning and explaining a technical insurance SaaS platform.
