Lead the AMER enterprise Account Executive team, overseeing pipeline reviews, deal strategy, coaching, forecasting, hiring, onboarding, and outbound development. Partner with marketing, sales engineering, product, and support to improve sales enablement, support enterprise deals, launch new product use cases, and communicate market insights. Grow the team from four to six AEs while building a predictable, repeatable sales motion.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop and enhance Akuity's SaaS platform using Go, focusing on scalability and developer experience. Responsibilities include building tools, mentoring, and collaborating on product development.
