Provides developer support, answers community questions, gathers product feedback, collaborates with engineering and product teams, and represents the company at conferences, meetups, and workshops. Advocates for Akuity’s GitOps and Kubernetes technologies while improving developer experience and product adoption.

Drive net-new and expansion enterprise SaaS sales across North America. Build territory plans, generate pipeline through outbound campaigns, research target accounts, manage consultative sales cycles, qualify and forecast opportunities using MEDDPICC, connect technical needs to business outcomes, and maintain sales activity in HubSpot. The role also includes customer meetings, events, advocacy for product enhancements, and educating customers on platform adoption.

Provide technical leadership for Akuity’s SaaS platform by designing, building, testing, and improving scalable developer and infrastructure tools. Develop server-side services in Go, guide architecture for distributed systems, mentor engineers, promote best practices, and collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams. The role focuses on Kubernetes-based platforms, developer experience, scalability, and reliable infrastructure operations.
