Leads complex, cross-functional technology programs from intake through value realization. Responsibilities include roadmap development, Agile planning, dependency and risk management, resource coordination, executive reporting, dashboards, OKR tracking, and vendor communication. The role manages marketing platform and studio rights applications while using AI tools to improve reporting, decision-making, and workflow execution. Requires onsite work Monday through Thursday in Glendale, California, with remote work on Fridays.

Guides Scrum teams in Agile practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, manages backlog refinement, removes impediments, and supports Product Owners. Coordinates stakeholders, project leadership, and finance meetings while tracking project costs against budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
