Supports utility-scale energy projects through project coordination, document management, permitting and compliance support, agency research, GIS mapping exhibits, proposal preparation, scheduling, meeting coordination, and client communications. Maintains project files, prepares accurate reports and submittals, tracks action items, and helps improve workflows while coordinating with project managers, clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Lead full-cycle development of proposals, statements of qualifications, roster submittals, and interview materials. Manage go/no-go decisions, content creation, editing, layout, production, RFP compliance, and deadline coordination. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams, support pursuit strategy, and maintain resumes, project descriptions, awards, and photography in the CRM. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, proposal expertise, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Manage utility-scale renewable energy projects from early development through readiness. Coordinate clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders while overseeing permitting, site control, interconnection, due diligence, schedules, deliverables, risks, and project documentation. Manage third-party consultants and vendors, communicate project status, prepare reports and presentations, resolve issues, and support multiple workstreams across renewable energy projects.
