Translate manual business processes into secure, maintainable digital systems while troubleshooting APIs, authentication, synchronization, and data quality issues. Collaborate with business and technical leaders to gather requirements, improve workflows, migrate legacy data, and support solutions through production. The role also involves documentation, testing, environment management, and relationship-building with technical and nontechnical users.

Leads the enterprise strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of AI, workflow automation, data, analytics, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The role analyzes business processes, designs scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, guides technical teams, establishes security and lifecycle standards, manages stakeholder adoption, and measures business outcomes across the organization.

Leads regional business development and marketing activities, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, capture strategy, proposals, client relationship development, and competitive analysis. Develops market intelligence and regional growth plans, coordinates go/no-go decisions, manages CRM updates and forecasts, facilitates meetings, and drives accountability across technical, operational, marketing, and proposal teams. Supports public-sector pursuits and helps achieve regional sales and growth goals.
