Manage procurement activities for energy and infrastructure projects, including sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, vendor performance, contract administration, logistics, trade compliance, quality documentation, and material coordination. Own project deliverables from kickoff through completion, maintaining schedules, trackers, risk logs, and client reports while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle development of proposals, statements of qualifications, roster submittals, and interview materials. Collaborate with business and technical leaders to gather requirements, improve workflows, migrate legacy data, and support solutions through production. The role also involves documentation, testing, environment management, and relationship-building with technical and nontechnical users.
