Serve as the technical bridge between Akoya and customers from pre-sales through implementation, go-live, and support. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, solution architecture, integration scoping, API prototyping, OAuth/OIDC/SAML and SSO configuration, REST API troubleshooting, documentation, root-cause analysis, and customer technical advocacy. The role partners with Product and Engineering, builds onboarding tools and sample integrations, communicates with technical and executive audiences, and requires occasional travel to customer sites and events.

Architects and develops secure, high-performance distributed applications, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines on AWS. Leads application architecture, cloud infrastructure, data governance, testing automation, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, and technical modernization.
