Manage day-to-day office operations and front-desk activities, support executives with calendars, travel, and expenses, coordinate vendors, supplies, IT needs, and company events, and assist with meeting preparation and administrative tasks.

Support and maintain endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. Deploy OS images, manage patching and updates, enforce endpoint security, develop automation workflows, troubleshoot escalated hardware/software/connectivity issues, collaborate with help desk, and maintain accurate records.

Administer and support servers, Microsoft 365, identity management, and cloud services. Troubleshoot complex system, application, network, and security issues. Manage user accounts, deploy hardware and software, maintain backups and disaster recovery, document IT assets, and coordinate vendors and projects from planning through deployment.
