Handles inbound/outbound B2B sales by phone, mail, and in-person. Prospects, qualifies, and closes leads; gives online demonstrations and presentations; coordinates with Support, Account and Business Development teams; monitors product availability, pricing and delivery; prepares activity reports. Requires welding procedure knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Lead daily terminal operations including receiving, loading, staging, dispatch, and delivery coordination. Supervise ~5 drivers, manage schedules and staffing, track performance, and improve processes. Ensure FMCSA/DOT/OSHA compliance, collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, Customer Service and Sales, and use Microsoft Office to support operations.

The Assistant Attorney will investigate legal issues, prepare legal responses, review contracts, conduct research, and represent the Borough at hearings.
