Administers employee benefits, wellness programs, and leave processes across multiple locations. Responsibilities include benefits enrollments, billing, compliance, employee support, wellness events, FMLA and ADA administration, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, reporting, employee relations support, and HR process improvements. The role requires confidentiality, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with employees, managers, vendors, payroll, and HR leadership.

Leads planning, execution, governance, and delivery of cross-functional industrial projects. Develops schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigations; coordinates Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, customers, and other stakeholders. Facilitates project kickoffs and reviews, clarifies ownership, reports progress, manages customer requirements, and drives process improvements. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and project-management skills in a manufacturing environment.

Supports fabrication and assembly operations for aluminum heat exchangers and steel assemblies. Troubleshoots production issues, improves processes, designs tooling and fixtures, and supports automation and capital equipment projects. Creates work instructions and quality documentation, contributes to DFM/A, PFMEA, lean manufacturing, and new product introduction, and provides technical guidance to production personnel. Collaborates with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams while tracking KPIs using Excel or Power BI.
