Provide focused mechanical design for standard products: develop 3-D models, perform detailed design calculations, select components, ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, follow design standards, coordinate with purchasing/vendors, and communicate with the design team.

Support production recruiting and talent development administration: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate pre-employment checks, assist onboarding, organize and support training events, maintain training records and reports, and manage related HR administrative tasks.

Lead payroll operations across multi-site locations ensuring accuracy and compliance; oversee employee relations and investigations; coach leaders on performance and accountability; design and run employee engagement, recognition, and communications programs; partner with Finance and HR to develop SOPs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production shift needs.
