Supports litigation practice group growth through client development, marketing, and communications programs. Responsibilities include creating business development plans, managing proposals and RFP responses, producing practice collateral, coordinating events and sponsorships, supporting lateral onboarding, identifying media and speaking opportunities, and managing directory submissions. The role partners with practice leaders across offices in a hybrid environment and requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Supports litigation practice group business development, marketing, and communications initiatives. Responsibilities include creating client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses; developing marketing collateral; coordinating events and sponsorships; supporting media relations and speaker opportunities; managing directory submissions; tracking matters; and assisting with lateral attorney onboarding. The role requires collaboration with practice leaders and teams across multiple offices in a hybrid law firm environment.

Maintains accurate litigation calendars and deadlines across federal, appellate, state, and arbitration jurisdictions. Reviews legal documents and correspondence, applies docketing codes, researches court cases, answers procedural questions, investigates docket issues, and supports attorneys and case teams. Requires strong knowledge of court rules, especially Bankruptcy Court procedures, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities.
